How to use Dermaura®
Dilution
Dermaura®: Dermaura® PLLA 365 Powder + Saline 10 ml Solution + 2 ml Lidocaine
Materials: 2 X 10 ml syringe, Connector, 23-25 G Needle, Alcohol swab, Roller mixer
Injection: 1 ml / or 3 ml syringes, 23G – 25G Cannula
Dermaura® 365mg + Saline 10ml Solution + Epi-Lidocaine 2 ml = Total 12 ml
Remove the cap from the vial and clean the rubber stopper with disinfectant
Inject 10ml Dermaura® Bio-Boost 10 ml Solution
Shake for 1 - 2 minutes using roller mixer.
Take the 10 ml dilution in a 10 ml syringe & Take 2 ml of epi-lidocaine in another 10 ml syringe.
Mix the 2 syringes for 1 minute usig the connector for another 2 minutes.
Divide the ready 12 ml solution using the connector or the needle, in 1 ml or 3 ml syringes for injection with cannula.
Treatment cautions:
- Injecting too much in one area or in superficial area may increase chances of side effects.
- If there is a foreign material in the target area, we recommend treatment after considering risk and benefit, and using fan shaped multi-layer treatment.
- It may be safer to dilute the suspension for more time, and more saline or lidocaine, for patients who are more sensitive to side effects.

It restores natural volume, reduces wrinkles, and lifts the skin by stimulating your body’s own collagen production. Its micellar technology ensures smooth injection and high biocompatibility, with results lasting up to 24 months.
Typically, 2 treatment sessions are recommended, spaced 4 weeks apart. For long-term results, maintenance sessions may be done every 12-18 months.
Visible improvement generally begins within 3 to 4 weeks, with continued collagen production over several months. Full results may appear around 8 to 12 weeks, with improvements lasting 12 to 24 months.
Massage the treated areas as directed by your practitioner (usually 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days).
Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and extreme heat (sun, saunas) for 24–48 hours.
Do not apply heavy skincare or makeup on the treated area for 24 hours.
